Backorders

• Items on backorder are shipped as soon as they become available.
• Orders will not be held unless specifically requested.
• Some orders may be split into multiple invoices/shipments to fill your order in a timely manner.

Returned Checks

• All returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 handling charge.

Pricing

• Prices may be subject to change.
• Prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
• If for any reason pricing on your order is different than posted on our Web site, we will notify you and give you the option to accept or cancel the order before being shipped.

Minimum Orders

• All orders under $35.00 are subject to a $10.00 handling charge.

At Pool Zone Direct we are always trying to save you money while providing you with the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you find our pools, accessories or supplies listed for less on a competing Web site, we will try to either match or beat the price. After filling out this form, we will let you know if a price match is possible. We are usually able to match most prices.
